RETURNS

We gladly accept returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to return

1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the return package. If you cannot find the return form, you can download it HERE.

When returning an item, you may reuse the bag it was originally sent in.

2. All items must be returned unused, with price tags attached and in their original packaging.

3. Please return your package to the following address:

4. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are unable to collect parcels from a parcel shop.

5. Once we have received and approved the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

6. The item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been delivered to the listed return address. For your own security, we recommend keeping your shipping receipt with tracking number until your refund has been completed.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order for the correct item.

Received an incorrect or defective item?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item by mistake, please contact us at webshop@stinegoya.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and relevant images if necessary, and we will be happy to assist you.
